Kierstin Lorenz, DDS
Dr. Lorenz graduated with her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Biology and Health Sciences from the University of North Dakota. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Along with being an active member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and Washington-Ozaukee County Dental Society, she is a member of the Academy of General Dentists.
Dr. Lorenz had been in private practice in Tucson, AZ before moving to Wisconsin to be closer to her fiancé's family. She practiced in the Franklin area before taking over Lake Five Dentistry in early 2023.
Dr. Lorenz is a general dentist who enjoys providing a gentle and relaxing dental experience for patients of all ages. She believes in taking the time to do things the right way. Dr. Lorenz believes in treating patients to the highest standard and creating plans for care as she would if she were working on her friends or family. As a result of this personalized care, a compassionate atmosphere is achieved where each patient can have their needs and concerns addressed on an individual basis, creating the best possible care for today and tomorrow. Dr. Lorenz strives at building long-lasting relationships with her patients.
Always seeking to continue her education, Dr. Lorenz annually attends seminars across the nation to stay ahead of the ever-changing dental world and to provide her patients with the most current and effective care.
Dr. Lorenz recently bought her first home with her fiancé, Aaron. Together, they enjoy renovating their fixer-upper starter home, participating in their favorite local trivia event, and always looking forward to their next chance to travel. Their world revolves around their golden retriever, Rosie, and two cats, Murphy and Stella.

Adrienne Redman, Hygienist
Hi, my name is Adrienne. Welcome to our office! I have been in the dental field since 1996, first as an Assistant and then as a Hygienist after receiving my degree from WCTC in 2000. My goal is to give you the best possible dental care along with providing education on good dental practices. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, exercise, and read.
Leah Walters, Hygienist
I have had the pleasure of assisting Dr Jakusz since 2013 and moved on to being his hygienist! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, taking my dogs on hikes, and staying fit. I have a passion for oral health awareness and helping my patients achieve their ideal smile. I strive to provide optimum patient comfort and thoroughly enjoy getting to know my patients individually. I can’t wait to meet you and your family here at Lake Five Dentistry!
Jenny Austreng, Hygienist
Jenny has been in the dental field since 1990. In 1998, she graduated from FVTC/NCTC with an associate degree in Dental Hygiene. She is passionate in helping you keep your smile healthy for a lifetime through listening, careful evaluation, and individualized care. Her Commitment to years of continuing education allows her to inform you of the best oral care and treatment recommendations. Outside of the office, Jenny enjoys traveling, golf, and spending time with family and friends; especially her 5 grandchildren.
Aimee Zeutzius, Office Administrator
Hi, my name is Aimee and I am the office administrator here at Lake Five Dentistry. I've been with the practice since 2013. I live in Oconomowoc with my husband, Rob. I have three children and one grandchild. My hobbies include reading, walking, and boating. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to meeting you and your family.
