Meet Dr. Brian Jakusz
Dr. Jakusz graduated with his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1997. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2002, while graduating with honors. Along with being an active member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and Washington-Ozaukee County Dental Society, he is a member of the American Academy of Oral Biologists and is State-Certified in Oral Conscious Sedation for dental procedures.
Dr. Jakusz had been in private practice in the Menomonee Falls and Slinger area until opening Lake Five Dentistry in June of 2011. Dr. Jakusz had the privilage of teaching dentistry to the students at Marquette University. He enjoys having the opportunity to pass on his knowledge to future generations.
Dr. Jakusz is an enthusiastic general dentist who enjoys all aspects of patient care. He believes in treating patients as though they are a member of his own family. As a result of this personalized care, a relaxed & fun atmosphere is achieved where each patient can have their needs and concerns addressed on an individual basis, creating the best possible care for today and tomorrow. Dr. Jakusz strives at building long-lasting relationships with his patients, and considers many of these patients as friends.
Always seeking to continue his education, Dr. Jakusz annually attends countless seminars across the nation to stay ahead of the ever-changing dental world and to provide his patients with the most current and effective care. Every year, he enjoys teaching hundreds of children in area schools and day-cares the importance of good oral health. The positive impact from these classroom visits has been some of the most rewarding education Dr. Jakusz has attained over the years.
Family is of the utmost priority to Dr. Jakusz, who resides in Colgate with his wife, Cynthia, and children, Benjamin and Madeline. He enjoys his time off playing with his kids, watching and participating in sports, dreaming about classic cars, and tinkering around the house.

Heather Kenney, Hygienist
Hi, I am Heather and I have been at Lake Five Dentistry since 2012 as a dental hygienist. I graduated in 2005 from Waukesha County Technical College after I completed the dental assisting program there. I have 3 girls and a husband who share my interests in doing everything outdoors. I love gardening, camping and hunting. I am currently finishing my BS degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of Minnesota Mankato and have recently started teaching at Waukesha County Technical College in the dental assisting program. I love the dental field and look forward to meeting you! Lake Five is a great practice that shares my interests in patient care, education and providing quality services.
Adrienne Redman, Hygienist
Hi, my name is Adrienne. Welcome to our office!!! I have been in the dental field since 1996, first as an Assistant and then as a Hygienist after receiving my degree from WCTC in 2000. My goal is to give you the best possible dental care along with providing education on good dental practices. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, exercise, and read.
Leah Walters, Hygienist
I have had the pleasure of assisting Dr Jakusz since 2013 and have moved on to being his hygienist! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, taking my dogs on hikes, and staying fit. I have a passion for oral health awareness and helping my patients achieve their ideal smile. I strive to provide optimum patient comfort and thoroughly enjoy getting to know my patients individually. I can’t wait to meet you and your family here at Lake Five Dentistry!
Aimee Zeutzius, Receptionist
Hi, my name is Aimee and I am the receptionist here at Lake Five Dentistry. I live in Oconomowoc with my husband, Rob, our three chrildren, Ashley, Heather, and Alex and my first grandchild, Luca. My hobbies include reading, walking, shopping, and making baked goodies for Dr. Jakusz. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. During the summer months I especially like to spend as much time as I can out on the lake swimming and boating. I look forward to meeting you and your family.
Becky Steiner, Dental Assistant
My name is Becky and I am one of the Dental Assistants you will see here at Lake Five Dentistry. I have worked with Dr. Jakusz for 12 years now. I live in the Kewaskum area with my husband and our 2 daughters. Our eldest daughter is a Junior at MIAD in Milwaukee and our youngest daughter is a sophomore at UW Whitewater (2018-2019). During our free time we enjoy camping with our family and friends. Patient care is a true passion of mine. My goal with each and every patient is to make you as relaxed and comfortable as possible during your procedure.
Cassie Morris, Dental Assistant
Hi, my name is Cassie and I am one of Dr. Jakusz's assistants. I thoroughly enjoy what I do, and who I work with here at Lake Five Dentistry. I love meeting our patients, and I look forward to helping make your time spent here more enjoyable. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family and friends, and I am currently attending MATC to become a dental hygienist.
Alexis Gibbon, Dental Assistant
Hi, my name is Alexis and I am one of Dr. Jakusz's assistants. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 2017 with a Business Management major and a Biology minor. I am enrolled at Marquette Dental School and anticipate graduating in 2022. One aspect that I love about the dental field is how rewarding it is. I take pride in knowing that I helped a patient take one step closer to feeling better about their smile and improving their oral health. Lake Five Dentistry is a calm and inviting atmosphere, with an amazing staff who put patient's need first. I look forward to meeting you!
Kaitlyn Stamm, Dental Assistant
Hi, my name is Kaitlyn, and I am an intern at Lake Five Dentistry. I am currently a senior at Hartfod Union High School with bound and determined plans of becoming a dental hygienist. My plan after this internship is to attend a dental assisting school and then move onto hygiene school. My hope is that I can work as an assistant during hygiene school and further my experience and knowledge in dentistry. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, and finding new restaurants to enjoy. I look forward to meeting you and helping to maintain that beautiful and healthy smile of yours!
